Arab Spring

Arab spring was one of the biggest strikes in the world. Many people forecast that strike will happen and that prediction became true because of technology and passage of place to place.
Many people said that the cause of Arab spring was face book and other websites that people use. People were chatting face book, twitter and Gmail in order to over throw the monarchy. When one place starts the strike than other places start as well because people notice that monarchy is the biggest problem that Arab people are facing. People communicate with internet and spread the incident all around the world. So many people predict that the strike will affect every Arab country, but it affects only five countries.
Face book and twitter were the two main causes of the Arab Spring, because so many people use it and share their opinions there. When people share ideas than other people will share the same idea. This is not the only reason, but there were many other reasons like monarchy, government corruption, absolute power and human right violation.
Government was corrupt because the power did not care the people, but what the government do care is only power and money. Technology plays significant roll spreading g the negative thing about the government. There are also positive thing about technology because technology also help the government to spread the news of the government in order to maintain stability.
Media was also another cause because people in the world read news papers and follows the media. Media plays positive way and negative because government can spread their ideas and protest also can spread their ideas.
Government, media and technology are the affects of Arab spring,

Aw Ismail

Aw Ismail is a well-known poet that everybody in the Hargiesa knows. He was born in the city of Muqdisho, Somalia. His father was also famous poet and his grandfather was poet.  Democratic country!
Somaliland is democratic country, but the question is how do we know it is democratic country and what is democracy?  The definition of democracy says that government by the people; “a form of government in which the supreme power is vested in the people and exercised directly by them or by their elected agents under a free electoral system.” If that is the definition than does Somaliland follows the definition.
Somaliland tracks the definition; people elect the president and supreme exercise directly by the people. The election of Somaliland occurred as it ensues in United States and Canada. People form lines at the morning and those lines endure when the sun goes down. Some people began at four at the morning and ends at none. All those time people are patient and cheerful. Children were so eager to vote but they didn’t let them to vote; their age.  Boys were not let but girls were allowed because girls were wearing a long Dirac and hijab so they didn’t know if it is a girl or woman.

Another concern that articulates Somaliland is democracy state is that how power share or we can say that it is decentralized. Power is not only one place, but every state has it is own power like Borama or Burco. People are not originated the city; however there were place to vote in the whole country.  At the end the commission of election went every place and collects the boxes of the vote.

In Somaliland everybody has right to do whatever he want and how he wants. Citizens were electing the representative of every party and the government were not using any strength to vote the party. This is how USA and Canada elect their presidential.

Somaliland is free country and freedom speech accurse every place and every village, but the only difficult is they use what we call clan arrangement which is kind of ancient evolution and so many people disagree, but it bonds the government and the nomadic people. So that is the motive why they use the clan system.
